How to Download RedNote (Xiaohongshu) Videos Without Watermark in 1080p HD

RedNote (Xiaohongshu / 小红书) has exploded into one of the world's most vibrant lifestyle and creative video sharing platforms. Whether you're saving aesthetic fashion lookbooks, makeup tutorials, travel vlogs, or cooking recipes, downloading videos in original 1080p Full HD without watermarks is essential for clean offline viewing and inspiration boards.

Why Does the Official RedNote App Add Watermarks?

When you use RedNote's built-in "Save Video" option inside the mobile app, the platform automatically burns a semi-transparent Xiaohongshu logo along with the creator's username badge over the bottom-right and top-left corners. Additionally, the in-app saving mechanism frequently recompresses the video bitrate to save bandwidth, causing noticeable blurriness on high-resolution screens.

How to Save RedNote Videos Without Watermark (Step-by-Step)

You can extract the original uncompressed CDN stream in three simple steps without registering an account or installing risky third-party APKs:

1. Copy the RedNote Share Link: Open the RedNote app or web browser, navigate to the desired video or photo post, tap the Share button, and select Copy Link (复制链接).
2. Paste into SnagClips: Head over to SnagClips RedNote Video Downloader and paste the link into the search box. SnagClips automatically cleans Chinese share text and extracts the core URL.
3. Download in 1080p Full HD: Click Download and select your preferred quality (1080p HD Video or MP3 Audio). The clean MP4 file will save directly to your iPhone Camera Roll, Android Gallery, or PC Downloads folder.

Can You Also Download RedNote Photo Carousels?

Yes! Many creators on Xiaohongshu post multi-slide photo galleries instead of video clips. SnagClips automatically detects image notes and provides 1-click download options for each individual high-resolution photo in original JPG quality without any watermark or logo overlay.

Is It Safe to Use an Online Downloader for RedNote?

Absolutely. Unlike APK apps that ask for sensitive phone permissions (storage access, contact lists, location), SnagClips operates 100% inside your web browser. No software installation, no browser extensions, and zero logging of your personal activity.
